Meet the Human Wigglers
Hi, I’m Juliette, and with the help of my mother and a longtime friend, I founded Sewickley Wigglers—a local, community-driven dog walking and pet care service.
I’m a proud mom of a QV Middle Schooler and have made Sewickley our home. As a single mother, I’ve juggled multiple jobs to make ends meet, even earning a Master’s in Tech—only to find myself caught in mass layoffs. As I returned to the hustle of gig work, I noticed something: I was getting more and more requests on Rover, with repeat clients who trusted me with their pets.
But this wasn’t new to me. I spent over a decade running an animal rescue, veterinary hospital, and boarding facility, and I loved it. Caring for animals has always been central to my life, and I realized it was time to turn my passion into something more.
I’m incredibly grateful for the support of my clients and community. My dream is to build a trusted, local company that not only provides top-tier pet care but also gives back. As we grow, I hope to employ other single moms who are working hard to provide for their families—because who better to care for your pets than mothers?
